The hotel room had a safe. the climate control was effective, but i could not adjust the temperature to my preference. i appreciated the blackout curtains. They kept the room dark.

The location is quite convenient with many restaurants nearby.
I found the valet service shockingly rude. A valet refused to move a bollard. My car touched it slightly and they became very aggressive and demanded 300 AED, I was not impressed.

wow, this hotel is great. my beautiful marina city view room balcony had so much space. the balcony furniture was comfy, a real plus for enjoying the view. i got fresh towels at the pool, a great touch!
the gym only had two treadmills.

the service at the pool was excellent. pramod from the recreation staff cleaned sunglasses multiple times daily. he also provided information about the hotel facilities. i really appreciated his knowledge of the area.
the traffic around the hotel was bad, and it was hard to get a taxi sometimes.
