My stay at the Address Beach Resort had its ups and downs. The hotel boasts a luxurious lobby and stunning facilities, particularly the rooftop infinity pool that offers amazing views. However, I experienced some major issues with their billing system and staff professionalism that really overshadowed my visit. I had two negative incidents that left me questioning if I'd return.
